1. Associate Minister for Music and Worship

Holy Trinity Church Leicester is excited to announce a new full time post for a worship leader. We have an amazing and growing team, and we long for the presence of God in all that we do. Worship is such a key part of this and so we are looking for someone who will help take us to the next level. Through leading, facilitating and developing worship at our Sunday Celebrations, this person will also train and equip a new generation of worshippers and worship leaders through our role as a Resource Church.

2. Finance Administrator

Holy Trinity has been undergoing expansion in terms of people and ministries, helped by the recent extensive redevelopment of the building. Over the next few years, we are expecting to see a number of new ministries commence and each will need different levels of support. Of particular interest is the new café “Kings Coffee House” which is scheduled to open in April/May. As part of this expansion, a significant amount of effort is put into our finance administration and we are now looking for a part time person who can dedicate themselves to it on a part time basis.

3. Discipleship Year Co-ordinator

The role of the Discipleship Year Administrator is to administrate all the aspects of the Diocese of Leicester’s Apprenticeship Scheme, which is based out of Holy Trinity Church Leicester. The role will provide administrative support for the Associate Vicar (Training & Development) and the Diocesan Youth Advisor in their leadership of the Scheme, liaising closely with placement churches, the New Wine Discipleship Year Scheme office & Diocesan Office, and administrating training schedules, recruitment processes, mission trips and general communications.

This position will be employable up to 14 hours/week, though a lesser number of hours is negotiable for the right candidate.Further hours may be possible as the year goes on, depending on number of interns within the programme. The position will be remunerated between £9 and£10.20/hour, depending on skills, qualifications and experience.

4. Assistant Manager, Kings Coffee House Leicester

Holy Trinity Church is seeking a passionate and dynamic Assistant Coffee Shop Manager for the newly opening Kings Coffee House set in the entrance of the Holy Trinity Church. Our vision is to provide excellent produce, with a friendly customer experience, all at a price people can afford. Profits from the
business will be invested in compassion projects of Holy Trinity Church in caring for the most vulnerable members of our city centre community. We are looking for someone to assist the manager in organizing daily operations and motivate our volunteer team to provide this excellent customer experience. Ideally you will have experience in another similar setting and /or experience of responsibilities in a team within a commercial setting. You will also share responsibility for connecting the life and faith of Holy Trinity with surrounding communities, including various different ethnic groups in the city.
